I am looking for a simple and cheap programme guide so that I can browse through the channels when not in front of the TV.

I do not want a huge magazine full of junk about soaps, pop/film stars and football. Anything containing a significant section on soaps, pop/film stars and football is a no-no for me.

What is your favourite weekly (rather than daily as in newspapers) guide?
