I want to reassure you that our goal is that Sky One, Sky News and Sky's
other basic channels will continue to be available to Virgin Media
customers. In fact, we hope that Virgin Media will choose to carry some
additional Sky channels such as Artsworld and Sky Three in the future as
well.

At the moment, we're working towards a new agreement that will keep these
channels on air. We want to avoid any disruption but, ultimately, it is
Virgin Media's choice whether to continue to offer our channels.

We know that many cable TV customers enjoy watching Sky basic channels. We
appreciate their loyalty as viewers and we think it's right that they should
be informed about the situation. That's why we have been broadcasting some
information on our channels.
