Easynews have dropped 2 quality routes in favour of cheaper poor quality routing via Level3.net

The customer is getting screwed again and I am thinking about leaving Easynews.
I wish I could replace Ntl as easily.
Is that put simply enough?
It is just intended to provide an explanation for the current poor speeds to Easynews.
