SOLVED .... grounding kids ... msn ?????

I wasn't sure where to put this so if it needs to be moved

I wan't to ' ground ' one of the kids from msn but thinking about it thought it unfair to ground just the one, I did it anyway, what happens, she logs in on another account, I have 6 set up on this pc.
I know she should not have the passwords for the other accounts but kids are kids, so, my question at last, is there a way of installing msn onto only 2 accounts out of the 6, or a way to block access once installed on the accounts in question.
I've tried to install to a default folder on my desktop but it did not give me the option, I also can't see anything in the help files.

TIA

Using xp home, msn 6.2
