Ah, ok. Yes, that is possible. It's also possible that the new STB is on a completely different frequency.. You'd need to tune the VCR into it if that is the case, not the TV (as it is using SCART, the TV has no concept of tuning).

Check all the cables first, and make sure that the STB doesn't turn off the antenna output if a SCART socket is in use.. (It shouldn't, but it wouldn't surprise me if it does...).
