Re: setting up headphone&microphone

On board sound cards are often a source of problems. Mine never worked properly in both my current and previous PC when gaming. USB is also asking for issues since your reliant on software rather than dedicated hardware. Likely you won't get the full game sound effects.

Get yourself a proper Creative soundcard - overclockers have a 7.1 sound card at around £21.00 this week. Combine that with a Medusa 5.1 Speedlink Headset and you'll be doing fine.
