How ludicrous. When was the last time,in your town or city,that you became aware of a public figure holding a ballot as to whether you would recognise the authority of our good old British bobby?. It doesnt happen does it? and why? becuase we automatically accept that rule of law must prevail and that the British bobby is the everyday symbol of that rule of law and order. It may not be perfect but its all that stands between the ordinary citizen and anarchy.

So then, why should two convicted terrorists be any different? Its laughable that the British Government even entertains them and they have made a mockery of our succesive Governments for decades.

Far better that they take Adams and Mac Guiness and hang them for the crimes they have committed and for the crimes that they have presided over that were carried out by their sectarian brotherhood.
