Was it possibly before the watershed you wanted to watch Casualty?
I dunno. I've had issues with passwords before at different times of day, I'm not sure there is a watershed in terms of VOD.
I'd just suggest being a bit more careful? I mean, there's no password required to press the accelerator pedal instead of the brake pedal on your car is there? You just know not to press one when the other is required.
Silly analogy I know, but you learned the hard way - if £3.50 is indeed hard.
