I think it is just the toggle, not the drawstring, as well, Scrubbs??
In which case i would think it would make a noise if it got in the pump ????
At less than a year old it should still be under warranty, but beware, as they often have a disclaimer regarding faults due to blockages, afaik.
It 'sounds' like the spin speed has slowed, but if the toggle got somehow jammed in the drum seal, I'd, again, expect it to make a noise???
