Argh!!
I RMAed two items back in August to Dabs. After a lot of trouble with Amtrak with them missing collections (and myself missing time off work), they eventually picked them both up, in separate boxes, at the same time. The driver said he was only there to pick up one box, but readily agreed to take both. He scribbled on the collection notice and gave it back to me.
Since then, I have had one item refunded, but the other remains "in progress". I contacted the online chat service a few weeks ago and told me to email a scan of my collection notice in. I tried to find the small 3" square piece of paper, but can't find it. I contacted the online chat service again, and was told to email it in.
I have since received this reply:

Does anyone have any advice on how to take this further? Its over 80 quid. I paid for it on credit card (Natwest), so do a chargeback possibly?
