Re: Wireless Zero Configuration

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools

In there you'll find a Services type shortcut (it's removed by our IS lot on these work machines so I can't be more specific ). Open that and look for the Wireless Zero Config service - it's probably set to Manual but you should be able to set it to Automatic.
