Over subscribed, capped and none existent support, that's whats on offer.

At least BT offer Full support, and BT have confirmed to me that the broadband is Unlimited for the top tier. Also get a few nice little extra's including a free official wireless xbox adapter. As for the distance from the exchange I will still be getting better, faster, more reliable speeds than NTL ever could manage to supply me.

Best of luck to everyone who stays with NTL, I do hope that the problems will be sorted for you but I for one am not waiting around any longer or giving any more cash to what I think is a lost cause.

Keep us posted on how it goes - I always thought BT had usage limits. I work at home quite a bit as well as doing a fair bit of gaming so I've been looking at the Officemax package from Griffin Internet. It's 70 quid a month for a no limits unshaped 8Mb connection but I pay not far off that for NTL anyway once you put the TV on top.
