As you've seen from the forum, the amount of complaints about NTL broadband has risen to astronomical proportions. I'm not going to pay 'em anymore of my hard earned cash for a complete load of rubbish. The problem of slow speeds and dropped connections won't go away, ever! Over subscribed, capped and none existent support, that's whats on offer.
At least BT offer Full support, and BT have
confirmed to me that the broadband is Unlimited for the top tier. Also get a few nice little extra's including a free official wireless xbox adapter.
As for the distance from the exchange I will still be getting better, faster, more reliable speeds than NTL ever could manage to supply me.

but I for one am not waiting around any longer or giving any more cash to what I think is a lost cause.
