Letter from Customer Care - Important Changes
Hi everyone, received a letter from Customer Care saying that from early next year, NTL will be cutting the prices of their call plans.
More importantly, it says on the bottom of the letter that as at the 2nd October, you will be able to contact NTL for free from your home phone by dialing 150 for customer services and 151 to report a fault.
It seems that NTL are listening to customers. That's great news !!!
