Bill Items?

Recently cancelled Cable & Phone from NTL to SKY/BT, but retained Broadband.

When I cancelled, I was advised to cancel the DD - which was done, and wait for the final bill, which would have some Credits (as prepaid month in advance).

Some items have appeared.....

Non Direct Devit Charge 2.00
Analogue Set Top Box Rental (11 Dec to 21 Dec) 2.56
Analogue Set Top Box Rental (22 Dec to 21 Jan) 6.99

The contract was cancelled, and the Set Top Box collected, on the 12th December.

Anyone any idea what the Analogue STB is??

I presume the Broadband has a separate method of billing, as they took details to set up a new DD.

Obviously, I will be ringing CS tomorrow, but to be forwarned is to be forarmed....

As for the DD charge - they don;t have a hope with that one - only following their instructions...

It sound like you are being charged rental for the cable modem which is incorrect, this is shown on the billing system as an analogue stb which should be zero rated. C/S should get both charges removed for you no problem.
