Availability (site visit)
Hi everyone,
I hoping someone with experience may be able to help me.
Basically I had my postcode checked and only the even numbers on my street are on the system as a avialiable (I beleive because my hous is about 15 years newer than surrounding houses). So ntl reffered me to the "spotters" as they called them on an 0121 number. I rang the service and left all my details on the voicemail, and I then waited my ten days to hear from a rep. After 10 days there was no reply, so I called again. Again I waited, and waited. Still no reply so I rang customer services and told them I wanted a site visit. The guy on the other end of the phone just told me repeatedly that all he could do was transfer me to leave my details again. The annoying thing is I can see the cable box about 8 metres away, and I know around the corner NTL is availiable on my side of the street.
Can anyone suggest a way forward with this?
I'm in a bit of a hurry because I want my TV, Broadband and phone with NTL.

edit: its actually telewest not NTL, I don't know how much diffrence there is.
