charging twice

Now I have been with Telewest for donkeys years. I have everything off them, like tele, telephone, and broadband. So I thought I might try this talk unlimited. Everything was going well as I prepared to finish signing up the contract until, I was told they have to charge me two months in advance. Fair enough for new Customers. But I pointed out, I already paid two months in advance on all my other services, So, do I get those payments back. I said no way am I paying two months payments twice, even if it is different service. I am not having any New Modems or Cables boxes installed, as they are already here
what do you Guys think.

Re: charging twice

Re: charging twice

Just wonder if they mean on your next bill you pay the present month up to that billing date (which would have normally been taken off in advance on your last bill) and the second month in advence as usual, making the total of 2 months.
