Please can someone help me or at least Shoot me now
Ok Here goes..
I was on 10mb and phone and all was well , then i transfered to a new house and transferred my services with me and with some help from this board all was good untill now. I received my bill from NYL and after suffering a heart attack later rang them up and was told because i transferred my services i am being billed in arrears again i mean WTF billed in arrears for something i already had. Just after i transferred my modem wqas dropped by NTL to 1mb rang them they appologised said they did not know what happened and put it back on 10mb. Now they have billed me an upgrade fee from 1mb to 10 mb in ARREARS. ( I Was on 3b Free upgrade to 10mb but according to the robot that never happened and everyone paid) I really have given up talking to Billing over this, i have spoken to the rudest woman on earth who kept repeating the same sentence over and over again. YOU ARE BILLED IN ARREARS SIR. Any advice will be great getting really depressed over this not to mentoon suffering open wallet surgery. HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Please.
