Unhappy NTL Fax numbers / Disconnection support

Hi, just wondering if there's any fax numbers for NTL?
My father has recently moved to Dubai and can't access the 0800 numbers, and calling the others will end up costing him upwards of £30! Also, they never seem to reply to his emails.

The subject of the fax will be on cancellation of an account, a subject which he has sent multiple emails to them about but nothing has been done.

Also need a lot more help on the subject as we're having serious problems with the cancelling of accounts after we've moved house, with letters from their solicitors etc. If any member of staff is willing to offer some PM help it would be much appreciated.

Otherwise, the Fax numbers will be fine for now.

Thanks.

Re: NTL Fax numbers / Disconnection support

Send them a recorded delivery letter to the billing address.
I doubt they would have done anything with an email (could easily be spoofed) - to cancel an account you need to call & followup with a letter, but in this case hopefully the letter should suffice.
Did he try to call cancellations before leaving the country? If they don't have a record of being asked to cancel, he will be liable for services until 30 days after they recieve the call/letter.
