Billing Issues re retention discount
Hi,Has anyone had this experience with NTL's customer retention department. I've twice ask to cancel my NTL tv package as £32 was not worth it and both times sent through to the customer retention department who both times offered me the package at £15 a month, this was removed the following month and put back to £32. The first time i noticed and they put back the original agreed discounted price but this time I didn't notice for months and now they say that this £15 discounted price was incorrect and can only have it at £22.00. Funny how both times the retention department offered the same discount which they now claim as incorrect.Would be interested to hear from anyone else who's had this happen.CheersBilly
