Upgrade's and Passwords

Decided to upgrade to 10mb from 2mb and tried to do it using the upgrade option on the NTLWorld homepage (as we don't have a telephone at home) On reaching the password page I realise I have forgotten my password... so I click the retrieve password button, and enter my NTL email address... stopping to realise that this is pointless as I would need my NTL password to enter my email account also.

Apart from ringing them (which I can't anyway) is there any other way to retrieve my password?

Re: Upgrade's and Passwords

You could try emailing them in the hope that they'll send it to you by post, but the best bet is to phone!

No, you will have to ring them to obtain your password. Make sure that the account holder is to hand (if it's you then all the better) as they will need to run through a quick dpa check to confirm their identity.
