Charged twice?

Hi,

We've just upgraded from analog to digital ans have recieved the first bill.

We have two STBs (one additional)...on the bill it say we pay twice for the family package - is that correct as we have an additional box, or a billing error?

When we had analog - we had two boxes and only one entry on the bill for the showcase package.

What's the deal here?

Hope it's a mistake, otherwise digital will be down-graded back to analog.

could be pro rata billing

what should happen is, you receive a credit back for what you've already paid for the analogue service and then recharged for the digital service so your bill could be something like this:

18 Dec - 25 Dec 10.00 Cr Analogue
18 Dec - 25 Dec 12.50 Dr Digital Family pack
26 Dec - 25 Jan 30.00 Dr Digital Family Pack

Correct - we have pro-rata billing - but it looks like this:

18 Dec - 25 Dec 12.50 Family pack

Then that's definately not correct! You can't downgrade back from digital to analogue, but as it's (hopefully!) a simple billing error, it should be relatively easy to correct.
