Remember under the direct debit gaurentee they have to give you a certain number of days notice, (ie a bill), before requeseting the funds from your account. If that's not the amount you're expecting yo uhave the right to refuse the payment...
Is this correct..???.I have NEVER had a bill for my B/B,which is paid by D/D every month.....
I DO get a bill [snail mail] for TV/Phone....Just interested.....

As your broadband is a fixed price and on a seperate account they do not need to send you a monthly bill.
