OK I'll look into that too.

I still have not heard anything back probably because of the newyear holidays etc.

Is this correct..???.I have NEVER had a bill for my B/B,which is paid by D/D every month.....
I DO get a bill [snail mail] for TV/Phone....Just interested.....

As your broadband is a fixed price and on a seperate account they do not need to send you a monthly bill.
