Almost begging them to pay!!!!

I have broadband from NTL for the last 7-8 weeks. Since then i received one bill, but a direct debit is not set up yet in my bank account. The bill was saying that the money would be debited on 24/11, of course as there is no direct debit they can't debit anything.

I called ntl cc about 5 times for this matter, but no luck. I can't believe that I AM trying to pay them and they don't want it! I would try to pay at a paypoint but my bill doesn't has a barcode

Please help

if your on sacm the option to pay by paypoint or at the bank/post office isnt available hence the lack of a barcode on the bill,you should be able to pay via internet banking, details on the reverse of the bill,it does seem the dd is set up on your account but not at the bank which needs sorting for sure
