Just wondered if anyone knows when the December bills will be hitting the mats?
I'm Glasgow area and debit usually comes out my account on the 28th of each month - need to know due to combination of balancing finances (hey, it's that time of year) and checking tel activity of those pesky kids.
It's likely to come out at around the same time - your December bill will tell you when your Direct Debit will be taken from your account. The bank holidays might mean it doesn't come out until the 31st/2nd, though.
If your bill is dated the 28th then you'll be able to phone up on the 29th to request the balance. Also, your DD draw date is static if you wanna ring up and ask for that.
