No Bill
I signed up to BB in July at £9.99 a month and since then I have tried about 30 times to get NTL to send me a bill, but nothing. I have filled in new DD forms, I have given them my account details and still nothing. They even sent me a statement last month but with no charge!!
Do you think that they will just send me a bill for £120.00 at the end of the one year contract?

Well it's unusual for someone to want a bill, as opposed to not wanting a bill - but if you really do want one I'm sure we could pass your details on, and get one sorted for you.

Do you get your broadband through a TV set-top box, or a standalone Cable Modem (which will be blue or silver in colour and have 7 lights on the front)?

Hi Paul, Jimbo,
It's not that I want a bill, If I can get "free" BB that would be great. It's just that I know, as I said, NTL will send me a nasty letter in 6 months time demanding payment, or else!!!
When I spoke to CS about 2 months ago I was told that as I got away with not paying this long then all they will charge me for is from the time I called them. I thought great but I still haven't seen a bill.

Make sure that you've put money aside if you have been using the BB, NTL will chase you for it, as people here will verify

Mexicano, if you'd like to PM me your name, address, account number and the MAC address from the bottom of your blue modem, I'll look into this for you.
One of the team can confirm I'm an ntl associate, and I recommend you await their confirmation before sending your details.

If you do find out please let me know as it took me 6 months for them to take my money and even then they took 3 months worth , still not sending me any bills and have me dowm for 1 mb insted of 2mb

Thanks Mick i Have just had a nice call from a lady at ntl called Jill . My speed has been put right and my bills put straight . The reason i was not receiving them is for some reason they were suppressed . Thanks again guys

all SACM/Dial up bills are suppressed as the notification is meant to be made by email if paid by DD,you can of course request a paper copy on a monthly basis though
