hi all

just want to tell you my story with NTL.

i joined NTL 3 years ago, and was happy till thay started capping the internet, i wrote them 2 letters asking to be disconnected, this is where the fun started , i wrote to the customer relations at coventry (should have sent it recored) and it took a month to find my letter, by which time i had already finished using NTL, thay called to ask why on about 4 occasions, and then i found out that i have been paying to much for my phone (coz i had family pack on tv) so thay owe me money, dispite many a phone call and talking to this person and that person did the money be added to my account?, so far this has taken two months.

well i'm into my 3rd month and guess what i'm still waiting.
on your back all the time you owe them, but if they owe you it takes forever
