Changing Direct Debit Details
I have changed bank accounts and therefore want to change the direct debit details with NTL. Does anyone know the best number to ring to do this as i don't fancy being on hold forever for something this simple!

Or even better can this be done online?

You can't change these details online, it is something that will need to be done by customer services using the number above ^^^

Call 0800 052 2000 and choose Option 1 for Billing and Payments.

you can change DD details online but it is dependant on which type of account it is,you can attempt to change them on ntlworld.com if your account is the type not changeable online it will advise you,nothing to lose in giving it a go

Its CS job and credit control might bounce you into the CS queue as a result.
You can change dd draw date once every 3 months.
