Phone charge part 2

Last month I suddenly started being charged for unrequested call waiting on my NTL phone, called them up and they said due to a trawl they had found I'd had it and not been charged, I'd never asked for it or want it, but there was a note to say if I queried it they'd remove the charge, how many are now paying for it without realising, so I told them to remove it.

You can guess the next bit, yes, I've received another bill again this month, just called them again and they have said I will be credited with the amount and it will be removed again. The excuse for it still being billed was the removal was to late for this billing, now how long does it take as it was supposedly removed a month ago.

Now I'd better not receive another bill again next month!!
