Installation cd causing me issues
Hi

Got BB Installed and was left with the ethernet to usb adaptor and the installation cd. ran the installation cd and after letting me choose which method i was using , usb or ethernet, it then checks for minimum requirements and crashed with a microsft error.

any ideas ?

i spoke to tech support who told me i dont have to put in the installation cd and can just go to iexporer and type in start.ntl.

pretty confused, i thought the installation cd would do it all for me?

any ideas guys ?

What method are you using? USB or Ethernet?

If you are using Ethernet can you open internet explorer and try to go to
