package change, billing period
Ok as some of you may know from the 10mbit thread I am stuck on 2mbit until the month end's because of someone downgrading me after I upgraded.

I have to wait 1 month but is it 1 month from now (9th dec) or end of billing month? statement date 24th oct so on 24th nov I can reupgrade or when my payment is paid direct debit date (11th nov).
