Suspending contract..
Advice please?
My daughter will be moving from one flat to another but there will be a 1 month break (approx.).
Can her VM account be suspended and then reactivated at new address?
What is the best option?
(in the gap period she will be with friends who already have their own services).
TIA

Re: Suspending contract..
I don't think they can do that.
My suggestion, and probably the easiest option, would be to cancel the service at the old place when she move out and start as a new customer in the new place a month later.

Re: Suspending contract..
Depends on how long your daughter has had services for.
Cancelling whilst still in contract costs.

Re: Suspending contract..
She can ask to go on the Time Out package. It's £5 a month.

Re: Suspending contract..
£5 a month gets you channels 1 - 5, access to your email account through webmail, and voicemail on your landline number.

So, no broadband - but still have email?
Not come across that either. Is there a link?

I'm not aware of a publically-accessible link.
