Confusing bill

Can somebody help me with my bill??
these are the services I have
Talk unlimited £8
TV XL £31.50
Broadband M £19.50 ??
Loyalty Pack -£22.50
Line rental £13.90

A total of £50.40

The thing that confuses me is the broadband which according to the Virgin web site should be £14.50.
Assistance please.
There may be a few pence for extra phone calls but surely this is not correct?

Yes it is correct

The current prices for broadband include a bundle reduction similar to your 'Loyalty Pack' but no longer show it seperately

TV XL with BB L (minimum now available) and Phone XL for a new customer with a V HD box would be

£47.50 + £13.90 = £61.40 (with TiVo it would be £66.40)

so you are getting a good deal

Easiest way is to ignore the break down and concentrate of the total costs

sorry but i wouldnt just look at the total cost, keep track of what you pay out .i ran up a 130 bill they helped to suspend my account for a month and stop the direct debit. and wouldnt lose my service i payed the remander of the the same day as the next bill was made but i am being charged for no direct debit and a late payment ,even though they sugested i do that in the first place .thats wrong so now i dont have any virgin services because i was told i have been given the wrong advice 4 times by so called customer service trhy are sorry but i have to pay for it
