Bill Correction Adjustment mistake?

A few weeks ago we had to contact Virgin about our TV service because there was a few things wrong with it i.e. no on demand worked, choppy picture on any channels and that awful screeching sound when it was sort of 'buffering'. Anyway, it turned out it was our old STB that was at fault and they replaced it with a new one. On the phone, the csr said she would credit our account with £10 because we had been having problems with the TV for a few weeks.

Now i logged into MyVirginMedia a week or so ago and there was £10 credit showing on the account. But now when i've received the actual bill today, £10 has been added to the bill and we know owe £58.15 instead of the usual £48.15? -

It does say '..charges & credits', but i would of thought it would take off the £10 instead of adding it on? .

Is there a reason for this?

Just phoned them. They said the csr who put the £10 credit on "had forgot to put the minus symbol (-£10) before it" . Sorted.

I had problems with power signals effecting BB and TV for about 3 weeks I had £50 credited onto my account.

I had a re pull and they didn't re connect my phone up when they did it I was without the phone for 24 hours but I didn't even know. I found out when engineer came came and said he was trying to phone me I picked up phone and there was no tone. I must of been amateur hour that day.
