My Virgin Media
The other day my friend downgraded there phone package from L to M but in "My Virgin Media" it still shows as L why is this?

I had my broadband speed upgraded on Wednesday. Since then my virgin media has me shown as leaving, and advises me that I have 90 days to save my emails etc! Answer from customer services? Give it a few more days and see if it changes...

When I downgraded a few months back it took a day or two for it to show in my virgin media
