Am i paying the right amount?
Heh, like the title says, am i paying the right amount for our services?
We never use the phone, infact, we don't even have an actual housephone anymore, we all just use our mobiles . But i'm not sure how the prices work with our broadband + phoneline?
Thanks for any help

Re: Am i paying the right amount?
yup you would actually pay more if you got rid of the telephone.
l tv (minimum you can have without phone) £16.00
xxl bb £47.25
------
= £63.25
------
less discount -£6.50
---------
total £56.75

Re: Am i paying the right amount?
TBH I don't want to get into yet another 'Am I paying the right amount' thread - if you want to know if you are paying the 'right' price, then speak to Customer Services and see the options you have

The trouble is Ben, people don't trust CS to know the correct price. I've been told the wrong price in the past and had to correct the CS agent. I've read many posts on various forums saying the same thing.
If it's a standard, advertised bundle, then hopefully CS will get it right, but many people aren't on advertised bundles and thats when you see different CS agents offering different prices.

Re: Am i paying the right amount?
With the introduction of the Collections it's probably worth phoning in anyway

Re: Am i paying the right amount?
Please bear in mind it is not Ben's job to answer queries on this forum. He does it in his own time, and receives no payment for it.
Plus, regardless of the advice given here, you still need to speak to CS or Sales to get the changes made to your account.

I'm sure most people understand that Ben does it in his spare time and that is why we are all very grateful to him.
But because of the unreliable information sometimes given out by CS, I think VM should seriously consider allocating someone with the stature and knowledge that Ben has, to spend time on the various forums as part of their job. Or officially pay Ben for the outstanding service he does on here (and other forums) already; he is obviously saving VM money by reducing the queries CS would otherwise have to handle.
