Thinking of downgrading

Thinking of knocking land line and tv package off my services (lack of use) and just keeping bb. Can I do this through upgrade/downgrade services or am I going to to be put through to retentions? So might as well just call them myself direct. Thx!

Re: Thinking of downgrading

not sure if their on calls today, 'thinking of leaving' that is. try, if not try customer service. you could try during the week to get through to 'thinking of leaving'

note you'll get locked into a new contract by making changes

Ok ta! So even by downgrading to just bb they will say I'm locked in for a year? If that's the case I get my bb somewhere else

yeah, try 'thinking of leaving' during the week or today (I'm not entirely sure if their on call or not) and get a deal of some sort, costs for stand alone broadband. if not then its up to you, consider the other Fibre Optic product through BT, TalkTalk... etc.
