End of 12 month contract

The contract I got when I changed to Tivo is ending next month, so I was wondering what Virgin usually do when contracts end. This is the first contract I have had, even though I have been a customer since before NTL days. I'm asking because my current deal includes discounts I was given because of poor customer service I got last year, and if they are removed, my bill could rise by as much as 50%, so I would like a bit of a warning in case this happens.

Re: End of 12 month contract

it will tell you on your bill if and when any discounts are due to end. if no date then the discounts are permanent but the amount may be changed.

when the contract runs out you stay on the same deal as before(unless your on a fixed term discount) just you can leave at any time.

Re: End of 12 month contract

speak to 'thinking of leaving' when your contracts up im sure they would love to sign you up on another contract, ask whats on offers etc.. BTs inifinity product, talktalks fibre product etc. are interesting.
