Tivo Fees / Free

Hi all ,
Im thinking of getting Tivo (although im also seeing alot of reasons why i shouldnt too).

I just wanted to ask what this part of the small print means and basically how i can get it if possible.

"Installation: Installation charges apply (starting from £49.95 for standard install)unless you qualify for one of our Free installation offers. Payment may be required in advance. All prices include VAT. "

What is required to qualify for the free installation?

Im sorry if ive missed a thread on this , i did a quick search and couldnt see anything.
Oh and i would probably ring CS to ask but thought i would check in here first .

Cheers in advance
