I got the price down to Â£32.00 a month which when VM double speed it is worth it, that was on a new contract this includ a fiver non dd.

But if he makes any calls on his BT landline he will be saving money when compared to VM call charges.

Its not that complicated.

No he won't. He can get a cheaper bundle deal if he had both with the same company. And there are plenty of packages that give you free calls.

So when my VM contract ends, they will hike the price to Â£37 or more? thats very expensive than if you look around at the competition, Plusnet, BT Infinity, Sky Fibre coming soon...

It's these pesky bundles that make VM's pricing structure such a mess .. don't get me wrong , it's nice to get the discount but there must be a better way of doing it!

20Mb was phased out and replaced with 30mb however unless you got a superhub you would remain on 20Mb.

I would call them and ask to speak to retentions.

Yeah it still does 20Mb...i spoke to retentions and they put me on it after wanting to cancel after being on 10Mb...

Well, I do, and I don't even have a degree, never mind a PhD....

(but, tbf, I did spend 5 years in Cable/Telecomms billing, including the implementation of ICOMS, bytelSMS, and a couple of others, so that may help....)
