Costs - want to reduce but virgin won't tell me costs!

Hello all, I'm struggling to understand virgin media pricing.
With the prices rises coming soon and my bill being near on £100 each month, Been a customer since it was Nynex, then C&W, then NTL now Virgin Media.

I'm looking to reduce costs.

Currently I get
Talk Unlimited
Callwait
1 additional v box
TV Size XL
Broadband size L
Sky sports + movies
Line Rental
Loyalty Pack B B/Phone/TV C Sky

Now on the bill this comes to £91.45
Now online I do everything the create a perfect bundle it comes to about £93.15 (after the 3 months period) currently that is saying to me my loyalty is worth about £2. Even though the person on the phone is saying the loyalty is worth £22. And that my broadband L costs £26 - even though I cannot find this value anywhere on the site which says its £14.5

So phoned up Virgin to see what they could offer

We looked at this package.
Talk Unlimited
Callwait
1 additional v box
TV Size M+
Broadband size L
Sky sports
Line Rental
Some sort of loyalty applied

This comes to £67.95 today, but about £69.95 in April with the price rises.
Now the online bundle maker says this is £73.15!!!!! Again broadband costs £26 and the loyal package worth £22. As for a breakdown of costs as to why online its £73 and on the phone £67, the person said this was not possible. So how come even with a loyalty worth £22 that compared to the online bundle I'd save £5.2.

So assuming the costs of the M+ package is £7, something which the person on the phone would not tell me would cost in this bundle!
Broadband at £26 and sports at £22.5 brings the total of the package to about £89.5 without loyalty, So without loyalty its costs more than what they are saying on the website?

Yet I can't seem to find anything on their site about the Broadband L being £26!

So looking online and whats on my bill and being offered to me on the phone, it looks they are hiding something. How come I'm being told one thing and see something less online?

On the new package (TV M+ and Sports)
When asked about the costs between online and what they are offering me, they refuse to tell me what the discounts are. They could not answer why online my bundle was about £5 more when even I had a loyalty discount!

I'm starting to feel a bit cheated, they won't tell me the discounts (yet tell me my broadband is £26 and the loyalty is worth £22)

Did I forget to mention online it was V HD Box rather than my old SD Samsung? If I wanted to make use of the HD from the likes of BBC on Virgin media, I'd have to pay fees.

I really feel like I am being cheated here, what are the real costs? It looking like my loyalty is nothing and being overcharged for my broadband or new customers are being conned as they aren't told the REAL price of the services.

So what is it? When I get off the phone from Virgin Media I always feel like I should just run away rather than walk.
