The only ADSL / 2+ product worth going near is what Be offer far as i'm concerned.

Not available in this area plus it would mean getting one of those old fashioned overhead cables installed by BT which to my mind is a retrograde step, plus I do not want to pay anything to BT.

Dunno, got no quarms in paying BT for Infinity right now. It has been superb.

Their ADSL is poor though.

I would not pay BT for anything why take a backward step click my signature for my speed and ping, I would not even get 2Mb with a BT line so it would be like going backwards in time to the late 90's.

Too right. How it is for us where we live now, except we get Infinity which is awesome.

Once we move best we are looking at is 10-15MBit over ADSL2+ , so the switch to VM was always the first choice.
