Phone with International 5
10MB Broadband
M TV Service but have V+
I getting charged £16 for 10MB Broadband
Getting charged £5 for V+ service
When I queried it before I was told that £16 was the standard charge for 10MB. I think it should be £12.50
I then queried the £5 V+ charge as it's a service no longer offered. From memory it's a charge for HD channels which are now offered as standard? Surely if I cancel it then they can't cancel my HD channels? I was told I could get rid of it, and get a Tivo box if I moved to the M+ TV service... so I would then drop the £5 charge only to pay a new £6.50 charge!!
