Another VM issue
I've been reading through the posts on here and I think we're getting royally screwed by VM. Our rental per month is:
Talk Unlimited
Loyalty Pack B B / Phone / T V A
Free Voicemail
Broadband XL (20)
Talk Mobile
Call Display
T V Size XL
Coming to around £75.20 per month. Reading through and talking to others makes it seem that we're paying WAY more than we should be. Am I right in thinking we should be getting more for what we're paying?

You are paying the correct price, I get it to £75.01 on the bundle builder

Re: Another VM issue
But not everybody pays the full bundle price. I read on another forum that if you get about £11 below the 'build a bundle' amount, you're getting the competitive price. Ring up retentions and negotiate.
Actually checking the bundle price i'm paying £17.50 below the offered price. I'm on TV XL, BB L, Phone M with TiVo and a VHD box. Paying £43.90, bundle price is £61.40. Had to sign up for a new 12 month contract though.

Re: Another VM issue
So £75 WITHOUT HD or a V+ box is right?

Re: Another VM issue
The v plus box is a one off cost not a monthly fee

indeed, plus you can get a V HD box for £20 delivery to get the extra HD channels if you don't want a V+HD or a TiVo box.

Re: Another VM issue
If you have TV XL you will have HD channels (non Sports / Films).

Re: Another VM issue
Even with a standard box? We don't have a special set-top box or anything, we have a Pace Telewest Broadband box
