Upgrading to TiVo

Hi,

I am currently on Broadband L, Phone XL and TV M+ with a V+ HD box. I would like to upgrade to the new TiVo box from my old V+. I pay £5 a month extra for the V+ at the moment.
When I upgrade to the TiVo, will I only be billed for the £3 a month extra or the £5 too? (Paying £5 a month extra for a box I don't have?). Also, are there any installation or activation costs for the TiVo?

How long have you been with Virgin?

If you go the normal route through Customer Services then it will cost you the following:

But I would try retentions, where you will at least avoid the Indian call centre's and may be able to get you a better deal.
