Package prices for an existing customer

I was wanting to drop my package down to a smaller price with the wife losing her job as posted in another thread. however I wasn't sure if I would be best sticking with what I have or dropping down as I'm not sure if I am getting a better deal with the one I am on now to another package.

Currently I have

XL phone
XXL BB
XL TV
Call Displ
1 additional box
V+ HD monthly fee

Comes to - £66.60 or £80.50 with line rental

Was going to drop to

1 Tivo
M phone
XL BB
L tv
call displ

cost = comes to about £50 or I assume with line rental £64

I'm assuming this is for new customers getting a deal and I was wondering what I might be paying for that as an existing customer lowering my bundle? would they still class it as bundle mix or charge me for each individual product?

Well going thru retentions you should be able to get a good deal my recent deal was:

1 Tivo had to pay 50 install
1 V+ moved upsatairs free multiroom
XL TV
Xl Broadband
L Phone

that was 53.95 a month. bills usually come in at about 57-58 including the few calls we make.

The CS guy gave me a tip cancel the V+ box upstairs which we used to pay 6.50 for, then when u take TIVO get your V+ box downstairs moved upstairs for free multiroom.
