current billing as think i am paying way to high ?

My current billing is below for what i get, i will show it in 2 forms as they changed the way billing online was readable online just recently and what i am paying for, but i think other people out thier as from previous threadds are receiving better deals for far less money and on more uptodate equipment i have been a member of telewest, then went onto virgin media as a valued customer, i think i am being extremely ripped off. I am looking to reduce the bill but keep all the packages and boxes for others to use in different roooms in the house. I am in the mind to cancel but would like your expertise in helping me do this through calling virgin retentions department and getting a cheaper deal, i also see my 20mg broadband connection acts nothing like its supposed to, but others are getting a better deal with an increased connection
