Annoyingly not though it was when I signed up online on the confirmation page. The problem I ran into was the welcome pack with my contract never arrived at the new house until after the installation so I could never have known and the emails they send you confirming are light in detail.
Yeah, will do. Just seeing if there is any things to look out for from previous experience.
