Hi All,

I was just wondering can I decide to top up my account balance at any time? If this is possible are there any limits on the amounts I can have in credit? With my previous utility providers I generally just pay once a year and put a lot of money in the account, I'm a contractor and I have found this is the best way for me to handle bill payments.

You can certainly do this, however you still have to have a Direct Debit active on the account to avoid the £5 a month handling fee (as they system at present does not expect people to pre-pay the account)

You can top up online at www.virginmedia.com/payments
