TiVo Installation fee

Basically I got a letter through offering me another TiVo box with free installation so I ordered it and got a phone call telling me when it would be installed and everything was fine until yesterday when I got the contract through with a list of my package and new additions and I've been charged for installation so I phoned virgin and they said I was never offered free installation and that I must pay for it, anyone know what to do? There's no way I'm paying double when I was offered it free, I hate virgin customer service, worst I've ever experienced

It's was free activation not free installation. You have 28 days to cancel so just ask for it to be sent back

Sorry I meant free activation, still annoyed they have done a uturn with this seeing how they offered me it, it's not installed yet so I guess I'll have to cancel the box now, time to go back to sky I think
